Spicy Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
8 ounces of dry elbow macaroni
1 cup whole milk
4 ounces of Jalapeno Cheese
10 ounces of White Cheddar
3/4 cup panko (Japanese-style) breadcrumbs

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until al dente; drain and return to pot. 2. Shred jalapeno cheese and cheddar cheese.
3. Add shredded cheese and milk to pot with drained pasta.
4. Stir until cheese and pasta are evenly spread.
5. Pour mixture into 2 quart baking dish.
6. Top with 2 ounces of cheddar cheese.
7. Top with panko breadcrumbs.
8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbling.
9. Turn on broil and broil for up to five minutes until panko crumbs become toasted.
