<br />
Fill your milk pitcher half-full. Aerate your milk by guiding the steam wand into the surface of the milk in the milk pitcher. Create a layer of foam on the milk’s surface – it should sound like a sprinkler. After you have created a layer of foam, lower the steam wand again into the milk. Continue steaming until the milk reaches a temperature between 145-165 degrees F.<br />
<br />
Brew the espresso with the espresso machine, according to the manufacturer instructions. Add the finished espresso to your coffee cup. Pour the steamed milk on top, holding back the foam with a spoon. Then spoon the foam on top of the espresso. <br />
