Description
Measure out your espresso coffee beans for a double shot – between 14 – 18 grams.
Grind them finely.
Tamp the beans, then add the portafilter into the espresso machine.
Make the espresso according to manufacture instructions.
Heat hot water separately to between 160 – 170 degrees F.
Mix 1-part espresso to 2-parts water.
