              <text>&lt;em&gt;The Chokecherry is a wild cherry that grows throughout Montana, used in Montana primarily for making syrups and jellies. This tradition inspired the winemaker to marry this familiar flavor with local honey, and create a true Montana wine and the winner of the winery’s first gold medal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;The chokecherry is full of antioxidants and loaded with proteins and oils which Native Americans put great value in.
