Description
Old Faithful Lower General Store to Morning Glory Pool Bike Trail is paved trail in front of the Old Faithful Inn that runs all the way to Morning Glory Pool. Take this short, (2 mi. round-trip) fairly level paved path and make stops to see geysers. Bicycles are not allowed on the boardwalks, but there are several racks where you can park your bike while you explore. Bikes are also not allowed on the unpaved trail continuing beyond Morning Glory Pool to Biscuit Basin. This route becomes busy with people walking so the best bicycling is early in the morning and in the evening. This is a fairly flat trail with less than 100 feet (30 m) of elevation gain.
