Description
30 second interview clip of Dee Snider from Twisted Sister discussing the band's music during a congressional hearing with the Parents Music Resource Center (PRMC) in 1985. After being told that Twisted Sister's music was not acceptable to be listened to, Dee Snider spoke up about his beliefs. While the PRMC and censorship boards could control the airwaves, he stated they had no right to control what someone listened to in their own homes or what they purchased with their own money. Near the end, he supports the work of FCC and MTV in moderating music heard.
