Brew 8 oz. of coffee per your usual method. Heat 1/2 cup of milk with 4 oz. of preferred chocolate in microwave until melted. Mix desired amount of milk into coffee.

Blend milk, ice cubes, sugar, instant coffee granules, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth. Coat sides of glass with chocolate syrup then add coffee mix.
