Tamlin

Tamlin is the High Lord of the Spring Court. In accordance with the Treaty between Prythian and the mortal lands, he brings Feyre to live with him at his manor after she kills a High Fae from his court named Andras. He and the rest of the Spring Court were cursed by Amarantha and, as a result, are unable to remove the masks they wear on their faces. After the curse is broken, he is able to remove his mask. 

Tamlin is described as strikingly handsome, with tanned skin, long golden blond hair, and green eyes flecked with gold. 

He first appears in A Court of Thorns and Roses.
