Description

AIKO contributed this mural as a part of Wynwood Miami’s Art Week program, “Agents of Change”. Mural depicts stenciled images of two women on either side of a centered purple bunny holding a spray paint can with a large red heart on it. The women are flipped mirror images of each other, with the leftmost figure upside down, with their own makeup and hair colors. They are blowing kisses towards the rabbit. The background consists of shattered black shapes, pocketed by vibrant hearts and flowers. In the bottom right corner along the woman’s jaw, the artist’s tag “AIKO” appears along with playing card suit symbols underneath each letter.

AIKO is a New-York based artist who has been contributing to the Wynwood area since 2009. She is known for her skillful combination of western art movements with eastern technical artistic skills.
