Contribution Guidelines

Thanks for helping us grow the Reality Royalty Digital Library (RRDL)! We hope to continue building this archive to be a respectful, useful, and fun space for all users.

Before sending in a contribution, please review the following guidelines:

1. Contribution Elegibility

All contributions must be relevant, accurate, and clearly connected to reality TV or its participants.

Contributors may submit:

Biography page suggestions for notable reality TV contestants or personalities
Video clips of notable, iconic, or culturally significant moments
Memes, complilations, or other viral content originating from or inspired by reality TV

2. Content Standards

All contributions must meet the following standards:

Must not contain unlawful, defamatory, or misleading information.
Must not include hate speech, harassment, or explicit content unrelated to the context of reality television.
Must not misrepresent the source, origin, or availability of linked material.

Contributors must provide accurate and verifiable information. While creative and humorous content such as memes are welcome, it should not intentionally spread false information presented as fact.

3. Usage Terms for Linked Content

By submitting material, you affirm that the content is already publicly available on a designated third-party platform. Contributions to RRDL are limited to links, references, and archival metadata; RRDL does not accept media files nor do we host materials shared.

RRDL does not claim ownership of third-party materials and serves only as an archive of publicly accessible links and related information relevant to reality TV history and culture.

Submissions may be removed if they point to unauthorized, infringing, irrelevant, or no-longer-accessible content.

4. No Compensation

Contributions are voluntary. Contributors will not receive financial compensation for submitted content or linked materials.

5. Submission Reviews

All submissions are subject to review. The platform may edit descriptions, re-categorize materials, add archive notes, or decline any submission at its discretion to maintain quality and consistency.

6. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
