Digital Object Selection & Technical Standards

Orlando Fear Files is a curated digital repository documenting the evolution of Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) in Orlando, FL (2021 to 2025).

Scope and Selection Criteria

The digital library contains a variety of born-digital images ranging from marketing graphics, maps, and photographs to posters and advertisements. These assets represent the specific houses, scare zones, shows, and official maps of each collection year.

Items are sourced from official Universal Orlando social media channels, reputable news outlets, and dedicated fan sites. Assets with stated permissions are prioritized, and all copyrighted material is uploaded with a direct source link and a formal Rights/License statement in the metadata to ensure ethical digital stewardship.
